At The Cleaning Agents, our approach is built on one simple idea, doing the job properly and going above and beyond for every customer. After spending time working within the exterior cleaning industry, I had the opportunity to see how many companies operate behind the scenes. While there are certainly businesses that take pride in their work, I also saw a pattern where speed often took priority over quality. Jobs were rushed, communication with homeowners was minimal, and in many cases improper techniques or excessive pressure were used just to get the job done quickly.
When Denver and I first met in the same industry, we shared a lot of the same experiences and mindset on what a reputable company and its customer truly deserve. Those experiences played a major role in why we decided to start The Cleaning Agents.
We wanted to build a company that focuses on the details that truly matter, quality workmanship, proper cleaning techniques, and exceptional customer service. Exterior cleaning is about much more than simply spraying surfaces with high pressure. Different materials require different approaches, and using the right cleaning agents and proven methods ensures a deeper clean while protecting the surfaces we work on. By taking the time to do things properly, we’re able to deliver results that not only look better but last longer.
Customer service is equally important to us. From the first conversation to the final walkthrough, we believe communication, reliability, and professionalism should be part of every job. Showing up on time, respecting our customers’ homes, and making sure they feel confident in the work being done are all part of the standard we hold ourselves to. The mindset behind this approach was shaped long before The Cleaning Agents was started. Before entering the exterior services industry, I spent years competing in junior hockey and collegiate athletics. Those experiences taught me discipline, preparation, and the importance of doing the small things right every single day. In competitive sports, success rarely comes from shortcuts. It comes from consistency, accountability, and pride in your work.
That same mindset carries into everything we do today. At The Cleaning Agents, we approach every job with the same focus and attention to detail that high-level athletics demanded. Over the past eight years, we’ve built our experience in exterior cleaning by operating our own businesses and working alongside other companies in the industry.
